With over 20 years of experience in the Raleigh/Durham area, Patricia has realized her dream of living at the coast. She relocated to Brunswick County Beaches in 2014.

Meet Brendan Gordon
Well, little did he know when he was cleaning homes and condos on the Saturday rental rollovers in Ocean City, Maryland 40 years ago, that he would still be in the business decades later while managing several hundred vacation rental properties in North Carolina for Coastal Vacation Resorts. Brendan received his education at the University of Delaware and California Western School of Law in San Diego before working several years in telecommunications and eBusiness services on the west coast. When the technology bubble burst in Seattle in the late 90’s, Brendan moved back to San Diego deciding to put his property law background to use in trust deed investing, mortgage financing and real estate sales.
A promotion with a bank moved Brendan back to the East Coast to his home State of Maryland where he met his wife, and attorney, Kiersten Gordon of The Gordon Law Firm in Shallotte, NC. Brendan knew from his first trip to Brunswick County, NC to meet his future mother and father in law residing on Holden Beach at the time that this was the place they had to be with its beauty, charm and easy come-easy go style of living.
Now after working for Coastal for nearly two decades, Brendan has made his mark in the Oak Island and Brunswick County real estate marketplace.
